A Nightmare
While the basic amenities of this hotel are fine the lack of security by this hotel for its guests is appalling. Pizza delivery men are allowed to run the halls without any supervision. Guest comfort is sacrificed for any parties the hotel is having at the time. There are no secure doors to stop anyone from the general public to come into the guest hallways. The lack of interest in correcting problems either at the time or later is very distressing. There are other hotels in the area and any would be better than here!

A Quick Night Stay
I have a career that requires overtime at short notices and living 1hr and 40min away from work, the Four Points in Manassas took over an hour off my commute. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had to check in late and leave early to go to work so I had everything i needed in the room like an extra pillow extra towels, etc. without asking. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice and hot with no interruptions. And they give you FREE bottles of water, yes that is right FREE not 3 dollars a bottle like some other hotels like to charge you! Thanks Four Points you get 4 Stars from me! Because to get 5 Stars the price needs adjusting!

If you need to leave early during the week and traveling east to DC leave before 530am. The traffic gets real congested around 6am.

Ok bus trip
Terrible check in , room keys did not work 4 trips to the room Front desk employee did not care Michael, he even told me the rate or is was paying 57.40 I book for 77.00 ? Very unprofessional front desk service

Great hotel...we loved it
The staff wasa okay...the room was perfect...room was clean and well decorated...the bed was very comfortable...breakfast was okay...great locatio by the highway with a mini plaza across the street..we had a wonderful stay! would defintely stay here again
