Was nicely surprised at the quality of the services and the cleaniness of all areas of hotel. Reasonable prices and good location. I was on a business trip, but would consider this hotel for personal trips as well. Many choices for dining and near shopping and movies, also easy access to interstate hwy. Will stay here again for next business trip.

Great Place
The Staff could not be any friendlier or more helpful. They helped me to plan my day each day helped me decide when was the best time to leave and return. The Breakfast Attendant was wonderful and very helpful and for a free breakfast could not have asked for anymore. Loved the fact that they had a restaurant and Lounge on property. I love their landscaping and picnic arround the pool area. I would diffently stay here again.

You get what you pay for
No frills. Very noisy from about 5-7:00 am. The refrigerator in the room sounded like a 1974 Chevy.

Plan accordingly. The roads surrounding this motel were congested with rush hour traffic. Add an extra hour to your travel time if you plan to be anywhere before 10:00 am.

Battlefield Visitor
good location and good value
The hotel is very near the Manassas Battlefield park and conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was good. It included waffles and French toast as well as the normal hotel continental breakfast fare. The food is good, but not exceptional. At one point i needed help with a problem with my room key and the front desk was very helpful.

The Manassas Battlefield is just around the corner. It works best if you get to the Battlefield before 11 and take the walking tour with a Ranger (very good). A driving tour of the Second Battle of Manassas is good as well. I recommend the Travel Brains audio CD tours, you can self-guide with the map given by the National Park Service.

Wonderful Stay
It was a fast easy check in and once we got inside we found there was a beautiful open courtyard. Once we got in the room it was comfortable and neat and clean. We didn't hear any noise from other guests the whole time we were there. I would stay there again anytime. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Place To Stay
Old Forest Gump summed it up best with his: "Ya never know what you'll get." line. The same for booking rooms on line. But this time I hit a homer. This hotel was great. Convenient to the interstate, museums, shopping, and Washington is a short trip away. And to find a good place to eat, just get on Sudley Road and you can find almost anything you want. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The only complaint is the wi-fi service is slow. If you're on a business trip that might be more important. The manager did say they were switching providers, so it may be faster when we go back. We're planning another trip when the leaves are changing and plan to stay there again. If you want a nice place to stay, this could be your place as well.

Go to the Fairfax/Vienna metro station and catch the train into Washington. It will drop you off where you want to go, or a short distance away. Trust me, you'll like the train when you avoid the morning and afternoon traffic on the interstate.
