Clean room
Older hotel ,clean room, nice bed ,noise air condition, we just open slider to let cool air in as it was very cool that night. Need to book early to get a better hotel in this area, as rooms fill up when events are going on. this place is ok but you can get a better place if you book earlier.

VERY OLD!!!
I was in town with my sister for a family reunion-type event, as Lynchburg is my mom's hometown. The hotel was very old and I'm not sure the sheets had been washed before we stayed in that room (they didn't smell too fresh). The iron didn't work and there was rust/water spots metal fixtures. My sister and I had no other choice but to stay at this hotel as there was some event at one of the local colleges, and a lot of people were staying in hotels that weekend. Given the choice, we would have definitely picked another place.

The Bad of the stay
The hotel is OLD and not well kept. The toliet backed up and it was very noisy, you could hear everything through the walls

Mr. Never-Again
WHAT A RIP-OFF
I was charged for a room and not given the room. Someone else was given the room and I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. The [...] lady at the desk was very rude. With service like what I received, I seriously doubt that this hotel will be in business much longer. The towels smelled really bad and the swimming pool was drained down to a mosqueito filled puddle. Take it from me that you should Look else where to stay

Very conviently located
The room was clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave which was very convient> After checking in and finding that parking arrangements weren't as discuss we went to our room only to have to move because air conditioning was broken. After selling in to new room everything went pretty good>
