Small Rooms
The hotel was overbooked. We had booked a King Suite...............and got a small room - granted it had a King size bed & a loweseat. But it was not the "suite" we believed we reserved. Not sure that friends who stayed in the neighboring Days Inn didn't have better accomodations with better rates. Won't stay there again.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Assumed breakfast was included with room. Surprised had to pay $11.00 for buffet breakfast that could have gotten more or the same at golden corral for $6.00

we were visiting my daughter who attends Sweet Briar. We enjoyed our stay, although we did not like the bugs (i guess they are called stink bugs) they were in the hallways and room.

Great Place Great Stay
We visted family locally. The staff were terrific especially the lady at the morning breakfast was great. It was a very hot weekend and our room seemed to have a humidity challenge. It was cool enough but humid. I loved the home made cookies at the desk. The MARK IT did lack sufficient instructions on how it worked. We will use this place again in the future. All in all one of the better places we have stayed.

Marriott Courtyards have changed
First, Marriott Courtyard used to provide a breakfast, and even a cocktail hour. But the breakfast was too expensive, and the little store was too expensive. The rooms were not very clean and smelled a bit.
