Not good
Door knobs falling off. Towel hook fell off wall when we hung up our towel. Stains all over the bed spreads. Not good at all.

Good deal!
My room was clean,the staff were very nice and accomodating. The only complaint I have is the lack of TV channels, there could've been more cable channels:as compared to other rooms I have stayed in. For the price range in comparison to the other hotels nearby, this was a great deal! Would stay there again...

Good for one night stay.
Good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Asked for non-smoking room but was given a previous smoking room. Door to room had to be verified closed. Did not close all the way. Could have been a security risk. Other than that decent place to sleep for a night on the road. Waffle House next door for cheap food. Ruby Tuesday accross the Hiway.

Good Value
Family reunion - very convenient location, pleasant staff. Everything was clean and well supplied. Room was booked during parents weekend at the colleges and a championship horse show. Had to take a smoking room. Bought an ionizing air filter from Walmart for $14 and that was enough to take care of the room.

SUper 8 is super basic
The room is clean, the amenities very scant. The wall plugs for power didn't work, nor did the television. When brought to the hotel clerk's attention, she said she'd note it, but nothing was done. Because we were away from the room so much, it didn't matter. However, if I'd had children or more leisure time this would have been a bigger problem.

Short drive from hotel
Don't eat at the restaurants around the hotel. Take the time to travel to downtown Lexington. It's charming, the food is adequate and the people are very, very nice.

Excellent stay
Overall, it was a great experience. There is a wal-mart a few feet down the road. There is also a Ruby Tuesday and a restuarant called Southern Cooking. Had a good view to see the mountains during sunrise.

Not a good place
First, there was no room number on the door. Then, there was no place to hang clothes-I had to use the shower rod. The TV did not work. The heat did not work. When maintenance finally got it started, they could not get the room temp below 90 degrees. Needless to say, I will never stay here again.
