Hyatt Dulles at Dulles International Air

I travel once a month to visit my teenage son that is in a residental home so he can learn to cope with life on life's terms. We have been doing this for 6 months. I always pay with my debit card so I know how much I have,I a single mom and money is tight. Anyways I was not aware of the hotel having holds on my account which they put a total of 90.00 on my debit card and that was the money I had to travel back to Va Beach on. I called they and explain my situation and they were very rude and I told them I needed that money to get home with, they said there was nothing they could do, I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my money. I had that happen to me when I said at the Hilton and they put the money right back in my account. I just am so disappointed with the way they treated me.

The Hyatt Dulles Airport is certainly a nice hotel. The room was immaculate, spacy and nicely appointed. The bed linens were top-notch. The only down-side to this hotel's location is that it is located in a business park, so there are no adjacent restaurants or bars. Of course, the hotel has its own bar and restaurant, but both were pretty pricey in my opinion for dinner.

Great experience, rooms clean and comfortable, staff helpful and the beds & pillows were fresh and made for a great sleep. We visited Washington DC and our Son in the Air Force, and if I need to book a Conference, the Hyatt is right in the middle of many Technical Companies offices.

The hotel staff were the best part of the trip. the loby and common area's were very nice. The room was clean but it's time for an update or at least some maintenance done. a ripped curtain paint scrapped off the bathroom door and scuff marks on baseboards. the maid staff were great and replaced the towles every day (even though hotel policy for conservation resons is for you to reuse the towles until you ask for new ones. over all a nice stay i would stay again.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well kept. It would have been nice if the room service had picked up the phone, but other than that it was a very nice quiet visit.

Convenient to restaurants, metro, airport

It was very good for the price and name brand, staffs were friendly and helpful everytime asked. The only problem with me was the noise from next door that I could even hear all their conversation. But it was very good hotel and I'm going back there 9/3 again.

nice hotel, but on both days I requested a wake up call, none came. Upon leaving I called to have a cab at 3:45 am in order to get to the airport in time, the cab came 15 minutes late.

Staff greeted my promptly and was very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on in the lobby. The door to the room would not close unless you slammed it. Room appeared very clean, until I walked around in just my white socks. I did not walk around too much, since the room was small, and my socks got dirty real fast. Having a dark carpet color helped hide the dirt. I wanted to get a good night sleep and could not since it was very noisy. The walls appear to be very thin and there was a lot of noise. I ended up having to wear earplugs to be able to get to sleep. I did not want to do that since I needed to hear the alarm in the morning and was afraid I would miss the alarm. Upon checking out, the staff did not ask me how my stay was. I will not stay there again.
