unbeatable location for the price
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, standard. Great shower, comfy bed and pillows. Clean. Needed a microwave.

Very nice room it was a last second reservation, very clean room, staff was very helpfull, breakfast was more than filling, we would use this hotel again.

Friendly and affordable
We stayed here 2 nights and it was better than other hotels we stayed at during the week and for a lower rate. The staff went out of their way to make it a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it to any one!

Short drive from hotel
Great for price and it was within distance of Washington DC and some Civil war battlefields. I think much better than staying in downtown DC.

I want to thank the staff for their willingness to answer any questions, give me a good room with not much walking needed (I have rheumatoid arthritis), and they never made me feel that I was disturbing them with requests. Always a smile and a warm greeting. Thank you, this is why I always try to use Holiday Express Hotels-no wasted space but enough for personal needs.
