Very Pleased
I really enjoyed my stay. The location was very easy and convenient, there were tons of restaurants and places to shop just across the street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bar downstairs (Houlihan's) served up good cocktails. I'd definitely stay here again.

COULD USE UPDATING
I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER CROWNE PLAZA HOTELS AND THEY SEEM TO BE IN BETTER CONDITION. I PAYED EXTRA FOR TOWER ROOM (I AM NOT SURE WHY, I COULD NOT SEE ANYTHING SPECIAL IN THIS ROOM). IT WAS QUITE.

Eh...Ok
The Hotel looks nice in the pictures and for the price it was ok. It is located right next to a toll road highway so anytime you want to go somewhere you either have to pay an expensive toll or drive quite aways to get to a regular highway. It is about 30 minutes with no traffic to Washington DC so if you are traveling to do sight seeing I would suggest finding something closer and more convieneint.

Great rooms with everything
Our room was clean with 32" flat screen TV, microwave oven, refrigerator and fast WI-FI. There is a bus right out side the hotel that will take you to the Metro.

Crown Plaza Hotel Dullas Airport
We have always loved the Crown Plaza,But this one at Dullas is no comparison to the one in Knoxville Tennessee,Someone need to go look at the Crown Plaza in Knoxville TN,All Crown Plaza Hotels should look the same .At Dulles we got up with a terriable backache that was with us all day.The room we was in had the most horriable beds, we will never stay there again.

" A great vacation"
Although my husband and I enjoyed the vacation, We did not receive enough information from you or the staff about the toll roads and when to expect them. We travelled into Washington everyday on a toll road. If I had known this I would chosen a better location for the stay. Also a book with the better restaurants in the area would have been nice.
