Spacious suites with modern kitchens in downtown Richmond
The Hotel Sierra Richmond West is an extended stay hotel in downtown Richmond, near the Science Museum, Children's Museum, and the Edgar Allen Poe Museum. Room service anyone?
Overall a good experience, but they handle room service through 2 restaurants that are in the adjoining mall. Of course, there is no answer on the number provided, so you might as well just walk over and eat. Somewhat disappointed. My wife and I stayed here for two days while we had our hard wood floors refinished. I should have save $100 a night and stayed in an average cost hotel!

Great get away hotel
Wonderful hotel and service. Great location. So much fun for a get-a-way weekend. Walk to the mall, movie theater and lots of great dining!

Richmond hospitality
We were in Richmond visiting colleges. This hotel had an ideal location, right by major highways but still quiet and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and a nice t.v. The lobby was pleasant and the breakfast offered there was very nice too. Overall, a great hotel experience.

Amazing Hotel~especially clean/beautiful
I traveled with my 18 year old daughter to look at VCU campus. We did not have time to look at the pool or the fitness room. Normally I would~too busy. The Hotel is a new property. Many business travelers. We had to leave before the complementary breakfast was served at 7:30 am. It looked like it was going to be delicious and very inviting, more like a 3 or 4 star restaurant. Also, the location was astride a mall with many restaurants and a movie theatre. Great when traveling with teens. I cannot express how clean the room was (I asked and the property was opened 9 mos. earlier). They are very polite and accommodating at the reception as well.
