Average

The overall stay was good. Staying on the first floor by the lobby I was wondering how noisy it would be but to be honest we heard not a thing. The employees were great except for one that gave me very mean looks and was quite rude.

It is not a hotel, but a motel!

The cardkey for the room did not work, and I was told that the reason was that the temperature was too low. It took abot several minutes to open the door with the cardkey. It is not a hotel, but a motel!

Business trip

Hotel location was good but overall cleanliness was poor. Bed sheets had a bad smell for the first day until they were replaced. carpet isdirty. Rest room was in good condition. Staff response was good. I would suggest altering the b.fat menu (esp. vegetarian).

I would not reccomend this hotel!

The Hotel is old and in need of renovations. The room was clean, but showing it's age. The front desk was very rude both at check in and check out. Very uphappy with the front desk staff. They need a lesson in customer service. Hotel increase the room rate for an event at the near by campus of JMU. Bad practice if they want customers to return.

great location, great breakfast, clean!

Nice place to stay. We were a little shocked at the appearance, as it is under construction at this time (it would be nice to know these things ahead of time, but it wasn't a problem unless we wanted to use the pool, which looked nice.) Friendly helpful staff, complimentary internet access, and awesome full breakfast.

There's a reasonable restaurant for nice homecooked food nearby just in case you get sick of restaurants like we do. It's called Panos. Would definitely recommend.
