Would not recommend
New, but.......
Difficult to find off the highway because of lack of sign. Room was supposed to have micro, refrigerator and coffee maker.....had none of these. No Kleenex in the bathroom (problem if you are traveling with a cold), no attendant at the desk between 12 and 6am to ask for some., No coffee in the lobby until well after 6am (problem if you are an early riser), lousy breakfast choices and the most arrogant, rude manager we have ever encountered!

Definitely would stay here again
Went to Harrisonburg for a weekend trip. Our room was nice and clean and we had all that we needed. Although we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel (it's within walking distance of Cracker Barrel) everything looked good. The only thing I could say that would need improvement is locating the place for the first time. The big lit up sign isn't installed yet and it made it a little tricky to find because we arrived after dark.

Great price, very clean, friendly staff.
I enjoyed my stay at the location. You can tell that the hotel is new and some things need to be smoothed out. It was initially advertised that the rooms have microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator, however the room that we had only had the opening where the items will eventually go. They did have a microwave, an ice maker and fresh coffee in the lobby. If you don't reserve a Suite, you will not have those amenities. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Microtel - Harrisonburg, VA
This hotel is very clean. However, the pool was without water, definitely a draw back when you have an eight year old who packed her own bathing suit. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, but the good news was that Cracker Barrel is right next door.
