Perfect in all aspects!
Overall, the hotel was pretty perfect other than the two items mentioned in the did not like section. he staff was impeccable. Prior to making arrangements, I called to verify that the hotel has adequate security for my Motorcycle, and they assured me they do. Had no problems late arrival, staff was great and hopeful, the view is great overlooking the harbor in the heart of downtown Hampton. This is a must visit and stay hotel. Not sure why I did not stay at this hotel before!

Great stay!
I loved the location and the atmosphere! I dropped my daughter off at college and was about 5 minutes away from campus. I preferred this hotel to the others I stayed at while in Hampton.

Wonderful place to stay!
Wonderful hotel! We were very impressed with the pleasant young gentleman that checked us in to the cleanliness and inviting room that we stayed in! We would like to come back and explore more of the area and take a boat cruise! Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone! We will be back!

A good family getaway
I like the location going to the Air and Space museum, the service was good,but the restaurant over charged my debit card and I had a hard time getting the situation under control before I checked out. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and would go back but not eat at the restaurant.

The air and space museum is a big plus, there is another museum close by, a variety of restaurants are within walking distance and small tourist shops.

Delightful hotel!
We stayed at this delightful hotel on our way to the beach...room was lovely with view of the marina,beautiful linens on very comfortable beds! Food excellent in dining room. Great value in this hotel!
