worst food ,and service......never again

once i got to the hotel to do the checking the customer service wasnt bad but they forgot to give us the passes for the breakfast cause i paid for the whole package , after that when we went to take breakfast we waited 15min to sit and 25 mins to get the menu , i went to the hostess and i asked her for the menu and it wasnt busy at all , we ordered an omlette and some pancakes we got the omlettes without the pancakes, potatoes and toast....we just walked out ....what a service....but the hotel wasnt bad
