Good property for business travelers in the Richmond area

Great value for the location and quality of the hotel. Room layout is great and loved the big flat screen TV. Only complaint would be that the bed was too hard for my liking. I have had better sleeping accomodations at the Marriot, but would have also paid $20-$30 more per night.

Family vacation for 7
We are a family of 7 (5 girls ages from 7-17). We went to Kings Dominion and then onto VA Beach and other attractions in Williamsburg (stayed at another hotel while there). The directions were good until we got to the address. There was only a tiny sign with hotel name after you passed and have to make a u-turn and enter parking lot. Staff were friendly but not personable. For the suite...it was small, including the bathroom. The complementary breakfast was good and variety of foods/drinks.

Great place to stay!!
Always pick this hotel to stay at when visiting. has a nice large "L" shaped sofa and ottoman, desk, kitchette sink, 42" flat screen tv and very, very comfortable king sized bed. staff is very pleasant also.

cool overnight stay
I went shopping for they have the best shopping and to spend some time with my boyfriend. The room was very nice and the tv was huge! The customer service wad good at first until the lady for the night shift came in. She seemed really confused and didn't know much about anything. I wish they had an indoor pool and a better bar.

Nice Place
There were only two drawbacks that I seen from this hotel. The room smelled a little musty and the room was smaller than we thought from the pictures. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. It was in a great location and if we ever go back to Richmond we will stay here again.
