Completely misled
Clean but not the best experience!
We booked the room that included free breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children and we were told that the package was correct and that it did include breakfast when I called into the hotel to verify. They told me to make sure i printed the offer from my computer. I was also told the day we checked in by the gentleman at the front desk that they would honor the breakfast package just to give the paperwork to them the next morning. The morning we checked out and went to get breakfast before leaving for an early event we were told they couldnt honor our package for breakfast and that we should not use a 3rd party! And I must not forget the noisy machinery that ran all night and kept me awake. It sounded like it was right outside of our window! I would have asked to be moved if my children hadn't been asleep!

Race Day Weekend
We went to Richmond Int. Speedway to see the NASCAR race over the weekend. The hotel was very nice, would have liked a free breakfast and the entry light was not working in our room. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for us.

Time w/grandchildren
The hotel decor was beautiful, friendly and inviting. The young lady at the front desk was very cordial and quickly got us registered. The wonderful thing about the registration was that we were not supposed to be able to check in until 3:00 p.m. I explained that we had just driven from GA and were taking our grandchildren to Kings Dominion and did not want to try to find the hotel or see our room late at night. The room was amazing. My husband is hard to please when it ocmes to hotels and he fell in love with the room and did not want to leave it. The kids played in the pool and had a great time. We will definitely stay at this facility and recommend it to everyone.

King's Dominion Trip
We were looking for a nice hotel to stay at prior to a trip to King's Dominion. We got to the hotel pretty late but did take time to wander around- things were so impressive! We are thinking of coming back to the area just to visit Richmond and will be making our reservation at this hotel!

Nice property
This property is either new or recently re-done. Very nice and comfortable. I had business in Richmond early morning so stayed at Courtyard night before. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and everything in good working order. Room well designed if you need to do some work.

Suburban location, great for price
Reservation was there, check in easy, reservations friendly. Small downside for us, lots of available restaurants but all chains. Location right at the mall also, could walk.
