perfect for business travel, staff was extremely accommodating

We went to Richmond Int. Speedway to see the NASCAR race over the weekend. The hotel was very nice, would have liked a free breakfast and the entry light was not working in our room. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for us.

The hotel decor was beautiful, friendly and inviting. The young lady at the front desk was very cordial and quickly got us registered. The wonderful thing about the registration was that we were not supposed to be able to check in until 3:00 p.m. I explained that we had just driven from GA and were taking our grandchildren to Kings Dominion and did not want to try to find the hotel or see our room late at night. The room was amazing. My husband is hard to please when it ocmes to hotels and he fell in love with the room and did not want to leave it. The kids played in the pool and had a great time. We will definitely stay at this facility and recommend it to everyone.

We were looking for a nice hotel to stay at prior to a trip to King's Dominion. We got to the hotel pretty late but did take time to wander around- things were so impressive! We are thinking of coming back to the area just to visit Richmond and will be making our reservation at this hotel!

This property is either new or recently re-done. Very nice and comfortable. I had business in Richmond early morning so stayed at Courtyard night before. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and everything in good working order. Room well designed if you need to do some work.

Reservation was there, check in easy, reservations friendly. Small downside for us, lots of available restaurants but all chains. Location right at the mall also, could walk.

I wanted to sleep much longer than I had time to.

I was at the hotel only for a quick overnight. I drove in for meetings in Richmond and arrived late. The staff was very accomodating to my requests for the late check in and when I arrived I found the staff pleasant and helpful. The room was fantastic, though I did not really use any of the features. I was just there to get a great night's rest to prepare for meetings the next day and that mission was definitely accomplished. Clean room, comfy bed and helpful staff. I couldn't ask for more.

The hotel has been open for 10 months. It is located in a plaza with lots of resturants to choose from, a movie theatre, and a mall. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. The person on the desk when we checked in made us feel welcome from the moment we arrive. She asked about our visit and why we were there. The room was large, well kept, and exactly what was advertised and waht we were expecting. The next day when we went to check out the same person was on the desk. She remembered us, why we were there and asked how our birthday trip to King's Dominion was. We would stay there again and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a plave to stay when in the area.
