Fresh baked cookies!
Very comfortable stay and did I say cookies??? Yup, the fresh baked cookies all day and night were a nice touch. Very clean hotel and the staff was super friendly.

Happy in Fredericksburg
the staff were great, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and overall everything was good. It was convenient since we were traveling from Myrtle Beach SC to North NJ. Easy on and off I95. The only problem was the pool was under repair. We will be going back again.

Two rooms
Our stay at the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson in the Fredericksburg area was a pleasant stay with no problems that could possibly occur when staying away from home. I would recommend it to others and would stay again.

There is a Denny's restaurant attached to the hotel which gives a 10% discount when you show the wait staff your room key. Also, the cookies and coffee in the hotel's lobby were quite good.

Overnight stay
We stopped here on our way to the beach since hotel is so close to exit on I95. It was clean and the breakfast was adequate.

Could do better
OK but bed was uncomfortable for wife -- sank toward middle. Also top cover kept sliding off and other covers were tucked in too tight. It was also a bit small given there were three adults staying in room.
