used this location as a rest stop driving from florida to n.y. easy to find. comfortable room. staff very nice and accomodating. close to fredericksberg which was a great town. ended up spending a great night in town. plenty of restauants and shops. price was right. no complaints...wrote it down as a destination in the future.

As I am a photojournalist from Europe the internet is primary to me – it was horrible here. But apart this, (and maybe it is not so important to others) the hotel the best choice around here in this area: affordable, clean rooms, hearty breakfast, kind people. Do not miss!

Clean, friendly service, good breakfast
Clean rooms with friendly service located in a safe location just off I-95. More than adequate continental breakfast included. Central Park Shopping center very nearby with lots of shops & restaurants. Be sure to visit Wegmans grocery store located towards the back of the mall. Recommend eating there versus a restaurant - an experince like no other. Highly recommend.

just what we wanted
We checked in just before it poured rain for about an hour. We had a view of the pool and the privacy hedge, so we just sprawled on our beds and watched the water rise in the pool. It was very peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable, located near several fast-food restaurants which suited our needs. It was located just off the interstate with convenient access to numerous Civil War sites.

Lots of Civil War history here, just a short drive away. From old downtown, there are many historic locations within easy walking distance. The Visitor Center is most informative.

Pet Friendly
Comfortable room. Bed comfortable and area was quiet despite a full hotel. Grass in a park nearby where we could exercise our Lab. dog. Breakfast was good.

Senior citizenss delightful courteous atmosphere
The room was very clean as well as the facities. The only thing we did not have is a handicpped bath and comode. My wife and I are both handicapped. We enjoyed our stay and we will use Best Western in our future travels.

Good Bang for the Buck
Something of a classic style Best Western facility. Solid, not overly spectacular, but competent in all they did. Staff was very accomodating. Provided a computer cable that I had forgotten, and at no charge. Had a problem with the ceilng in my original room and it was quickly remedied with a change to another room; no debate, just problem resolution. Location for Civil War exploration was good, and access to shopping and restaurants was also quite good. From my prior research, lesser facilities were charging more, thus this one qualifies as a lot more bang for the buck.
