Ok. Clean, good value. lady at front desk could use some manners though. great area, lots to keep you preoccupied. Our power strip shorted out the entire rooms electric and the lady at the front desk had to come flip the circuit breaker. she was not very happy about it.

It only takes one person to mess things up.
We were pretty happy with this hotel until now. It was pretty clean and the staff was always great. Then, this last time, we were traveling with my husband's ex, who are friends now for 27 years. We didn't want a room right next to her, so I asked that we be in separate areas of the place. One of the front desk women went on & on, saying that this was so weird, the weirdest thing she'd ever heard, why would anyone ask for a room away from another person in their party, etc. It made me feel so uncomfortable I contacted the hotel's main offices to complain. Then the room was dirty: dog food on the rug, long black hair in the tub, crud on the microwave. We will never go back.

With a smoker, disabled person (MS) finding a bath tub or shower to accomadate that person is a real adventure and we could not find a room that really accomadated both things had to settle for the smoking room . The sides on a bath tub can be a real challenge for someone trying to lift their legs up over the side of a tub, also a set in the tub would be nice so that same person could set down.

This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and by chance in the same room. We found the room comfortable with table and two chairs, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. I also take my dog, so its good for any pet owners. I think the location is great for restaurants and shopping. Also not far from historical sites. Hotel would be hard to beat for the price.

service not so great
The desk clerk was rude and somehow inadvertently double-charged for the room under another person's account (with same name as me) and to their credit card! How does this even happen? Cannot recommend.

NICE STAY
Great service from staff! Even helped me find a local business and called to make sure that they were still open and in the same location. Room clean. Quiet. Internet access was variable depending on the time of day. Upon checkout, the person at the desk was surprised and said they would look into it. I should've called earlier, but I had other things to do anyway.
