We stayed here for one night while visiting relatives who live in Falls Church. We had a two bedroom suite which was very spacious and clean. The room had a full kitchen which we didn't need, but if you were thinking about staying here long term, you definitely could. Free wi-fi. Free breakfast - which was actually pretty extensive for this type of free hotel breakfast buffet. Bottom line - if I were back in the area, I would stay here again.

This hotel was wonderful. The location for us was really good. There is a small mall with a walkway to it from the hotel property, with several dining choices available and a pharmacy for any unanticipated needs. The hotel itself was nice, the beds comfortable, area not noisy. I felt very safe as there was no entrance to the hotel except by key card or through the lobby. There was underground parking that was secure. The staff was very courteous, helpful, accomodating, and friendly. The location was central to our needs. The pool was nice, with a lifeguard on duty at all times. Oh, and the breakfast selection was good. Eggs, meat, potatoes, breads, oatmeal, waffle station, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, milk, coffee, and water were all available, and staff members were there to help with any needs. The room was nice; an equipped kitchen and also a large television, a sofabed, coffee table, chairs, and a desk for work. They also had blackout curtains if you wished to sleep late. I would definitely stay here again. We got a really good rate via the internet; I don't know if I would feel the same if I had paid 239.00/night for staying here; I would have probably chosen another place for that price, but we were well taken care of here.

Really nice 2 nights here for a wedding. Local to everything. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. The pool was relaxing. Great value for our internet price.

My wife and I were visiting our daughters in the greater VA/DC area and this Inn provided us with a great staging point for our outings. The rooms are large and very clean (full kitchen!) and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bed size was a little small for us (seemed like a full size and not a true queen) but the mattress was high quality and I slept great on it despite a very bad back. There is a full, hot breakfast and they accommodated everybody despite a pretty full house. Staff was very courteous and parking is free which is a huge plus in the DC area. We will definitely stay here again.

I went with my 15 year old son. I wanted a reasonably priced place close to the Metro. The Falls Church Residence Inn Marroitt fit the bill. The one bedroom suite was great. We enjoyed having a living room area and kitchen. The complementary breakfast was very good and convenient. We enjoyed taking an evening swim at the pool. The walk to the Metro may be far for some. It is about a mile away. I would consider staying here next time I visit DC

We visited Washington DC. The Metro was within a mile away and very easy to find. The breakfast could have been a little warmer and more plentiful. Every morning we went down, there was several items that were gone and they weren't too quick to refill the items. otherwise the people at the desk were very nice and helpful.

I called 6 weeks before the trip to say we wanted a hotel near the Metro so we wouldn't have to rent a car. I was told the hotel was 1 mile away with a bus running in front of the hotel. I called 3 days earlier to confirm this and was told it was several miles from the Metro. After some scrambling I ended up renting a car because we got a good rate at the hotel and it seemed just as easy. The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet. The room was like a small apartment. The hide-a-bed was just barely adequate, but we needed to use it since there were 3 of us and only one regular bed. Breakfast was quite good. Many choices, tasty and a nice dining area. I would stay there again.

We had lots of family in town to share in our son's baptism ceremony. We did not have enough room for everyone to sleep in the house. Very nice accommodations at the hotel!
