Great value
Small hotel not new but very clean and neat. Room has frig, microwave, table with two chairs coffee maker. Great king size bed. Short bus ride to Metro bus stop across the street

Basic, clean, free wi-fi
Room was clean, quiet, and just fine. I had good wi-fi for free Breakfast was a Sara Lee muffin and OJ packaged and no place to eat - just set on counter. But cheaper than other places around and right in Falls Church - if that's what you need - a good value. No extras virtually no lobby, or other standard amenities

A pleasant surprise of a well run simple
This hotel is ideal for a couple or single that want a simple, clean and well run facility. The units are ideal for business and tourists that want a good location and a helpful staff. We were very satisfied with our stay.

went to see civil war battlefields, staff offered directions every time! Very nice people in my opinion would stay there again with out second thought!

Great Location
The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to all in the area. The check in was a breeze and the staff was pleasant. There was a continuous mechanical noise in the room. Perhaps the heating system? It did not disturb sleep or conversation. But it was noticeable. Overall, I have no complaints and I probably will stay there again if I am in the area. The price was great compared to many nearby hotels.
