Disappointed traveler
Never Again!!!!!
With the exception of the staff being friendly it was horrible there.... Our bathroom was out of a horror movie complete with the shattered doorjamb which did not instill any confidence in getting a good nights sleep. The smell can only be described as putrid.. I wish there was something good I could say but there isn't. I would never recommend this place to anyone other than a film crew for scarey movies...

HELLO WORLD
Not bad for tight budget, but smells bad
I went this hotel with my freinds who wanted to go to visit DC. I reserved 4 rooms, and I checked all of them for non-smoking rooms. However, they gave me 1 smoking room, and if I want to change to non-smoking room, I have to pay more money. So, I asked that if 1 smoking room was reserved for me, that means it's same price with 3 others non-smoking rooms, and why I had to pay more? And then, the guy just changed to non-smoking room without more money. Overall, the rooms are dark and very smelly.It was pretty disgusting, but the location was ok.

hotel paradise
the room was very small and i didn't like the smell, the towels from bathroom they were not so clean, and also didn't have in room and iron, in rest it was ok and the daily service was good

The Good and Bad
My room looked like it had a new toliet but the seat was the old seat, could have been taken care of by a $8.00 seat from any Target. The shower needed to be re-caulked.

Good option for the price -
Not bad indoor camping. If you are on a business trip, this is a good value stay. Cleaner and more quiet than I expected...seemingly a decently safe location to stay. On the pro's; spacious, clean, convenient, with fast wired internet access (bring your own cable). No flairs, but fine for a place to sleep. Con's; wireless internet signal really low, door to bathroom wouldn't close, TV leaves a lot to be desired but at least it has one. Has fridge and microwave, but low wattage...not good for popcorn. No iron/board, bring your own shampoo and alarm clock. I read the reviews before I stayed here...it's not a Marriott...but it will work for a business place to stay. I'll be back again. btw: there are many many places close within a couple miles for dining, groceries, etc.

Clean and quality room for the price
I was surprised at how clean the bathroom was. I'd recommend this place if all you need is a roof over your head with no amenities.

I liked having Broad St. so close. It was easy to find a place to eat at night. There are diners that are open pretty late.

bad power outlets
..what I expected for a budget hotel...except that the wall outlets were a disaster... a two socket oputlet with an adapter for 6, which meant only two worked (proably to prevent overloead). Internet service (wireless) was great though.
