Poor quality bed
Quality of bed, towels, pillows, carpet, sofa were very bad. Not sure if they were even washed. Carpet is unclean. Overall sub standard. No value for money.

Horrible place to stay
The rooms and the hotel was nasty and smelly. I would never recommend this hotel to my worst enemies. I never spent one night in the hotel and only got half my money back. [...]

Will not stay there again
I will never stay there again.Reasonably priced, but no one cleaned my room the two nights I was there. The staff was very short and non communicative. I called for clean towels and they said ok. 35mins later I called again because no one showed up, and the girl informed me that she was the only one there and if i wanted towels I had to come get them. Could've told me that when I called. Pillow case had a blood stain on it, and 2 out of 3 coffee mugs were dirty.

Great Room, great location!
It was so nice having a suite and being able to cook our own food. The location in Fairfax was great, there is a Harris Teeter very close as well as the mall in Fairfax. Washington D.C. is a short 20 minutes away. Traffic isn't too bad going out to the main road.

Not So Great!
When I checked into the hotel my room had not been cleaned and the staff had already gone home. Had to pack up and move the next day. My room was right next to the laundry and had to have window opened because the airconditioner was not working! I heard dryers going all day and my window was completely covered in lint! My first shower the knob came off in my hand so I had to take a cold shower. The so called breakfast they served was a bowl of oranges, sometimes bananas, and packaged bagels. Not too good.

Needs improvements
The room was not clean, looks like the hotel needs some updating. There was an issue with the toilet running every 5 minutes, but that can happen in any hotel. I must say that the staff was very friendly and supportive. There are many choices in the area, so unless they update the hotel, it is not a place to stay.
