Great staff. Great room. Expensive to rent movie. Was surprised that you could not get cable tv??? Any reason why? Hotels should be a home away from home.....so please add the simple things along with the fabulous things. Enjoyed the hotel, Will stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks guys!!!

The hotel is nice and centrally located to many stores, restaurants, and close to VA Beach. room was clean and nice

The staff was extremely nice. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed having a sofa to sit on while watching a movie. I've stayed at other hotels in Chesapeake and must say the breakfast at the Hyatt leaves much to be desired. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Great location and staff - if they did not have hot water problems, this would have easily been a 5 star experience

Beautiful room with a beautiful plasma TV. Nice furnishings that are well maintained. Disappointed in the soundproofing room to room and floor to floor. Hallway noise not an issue - just through the walls and the ceiling if you are not on the top floor.

Was looking for a quiet getaway with my husband. The location was very nice. It was a short drive from the mall and several dining options. The check in staff was very friendly and the process was very quick. The only thing I didn't like was you had to go down to the lobby to order room service via computer. I will however stay again.

In Chesapeake to visit my daughter. The motel was close to her apartment and her work. It was fairly new.The staff was very helpful upon check-in. They had a menu available 24 hours a day. It was College Bowl week and I wanted to watch some football. There was a 42-inch screen tv on a swivel so that we could watch it from the large comfortable couch or turn it to watch it from the king size bed. Nice shower with rain head. All linens were like new. In room coffee maker for individual cups was nice.

I drive down from Maryland on friday night after I work the 3-11:30p shift. I pick up my 2 children and we spend the weekend together and I head back to MD sun evening. The time we spend together is so precious and what they enjoy most is swimming in the pool as well as spending all my money in vending machines! This hotel is a "go green" hotel and I thought I would give it a try. The decor is beautiful when you walk and smells great, however, after a few hours I had to get my inhaler as the smell was affecting my asthma. As for the pool, i was unaware that there was a boat load of pre-teen boys playing on soccer teams. When we arrived the thing the kids wanted to do was to naturally go swimming. As we walked toward the pool all we could here were loudness and yelling aloud from th 15 boys in the pool. We were going to leave, however, my dtr was in tears so I told her to stay near the steps to the pool and unfortunatly my 11yr old and 4yr old had to sit on the steps to the pool and could not swim. We decided to go back in the morning before we would check out, however, when my kids got in the pool, there were 6-8 boys in the pool throwing a white ball in the pool and the kids once again had to sit on the steps of the pool. I myself was even hit with the heavy wet ball several times and I was sitting in a chair out of the pool by a window. I didn't say anything to them as I didn't want any problems so my kids could @ least sit on the steps into the pool. This was the main reason we stay in hotels is for the pool! I had already reserved a room @ your hotel for October 24, however, I know i would not be refunded so I will have to keep the reservation. With all do respect, your hotel is most beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast you provide in the morning was a little "boring" and we ended up going out to breakfast. Initially I was going to be staying in the hotel by myself, but my girlfriend & her kids ended up spending the night as well and the sofa bed was surprisingly nice.
