Good experience.

Hotel was excellent overall. Only bad thing was that, although I had booked and paid for the room through a major online booking company, I was also billed again for the same room on my credit card by the hotel. I am now in the process of trying to get this resolved and get this double charge removed.

it was a grate vac with family

my family andi stayed at this hotel, for to two nights and three day. on the day we came in we were early and they still put us up in a room a very nice clean room. Thank you

short stay

I stayed 4days, was there to attend a funeral, visit family, room was not very clean, very thick dust behind headboard, carpet never vacuumed, bathroom had mildew in tub/shower head, bathroom floor not clean, foyer full of numerous spider webs & huge spiders. limited parking, - continental breakfast was very nice

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS-CLEAN! & COMFORTABLE

I do a great deal of business travel and have stayed in a plethora of hotels across the nation. On this occassion, my husband and I were traveling together visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Listen up folks...Holiday Inn has reinvented the meaning of customer and quality service excellence with their new Express hotels. This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and the full breakfast (served hot daily) was not the substandard cuisine you'd expect from your average hotel--sausage, eggs, bagels, toast, juice, coffee...no need to dine out for breakfast. Now, if you think this was an exception, you're not alone...so did I. My husband and I checked out of the hotel in Virginia and traveled onto our next destination in North Carolina, where we checked into another Holiday Inn Express--the experience was a carbon copy!!

Nice Hidden Hotel

We traveled to Virginia for a wedding. We didn't know the area. The staff was very helpful. They gave us dining suggestions and directions. The hotel has a wonderful continental breakfast.
