Great Hotel, room was very clean and staff were great.

Since this was a business trip it was nice and clean however the parking was not great and the rooms where small and I am use to quite restful placees and it was not for me my room was in the back next to the highway and when asked for another room was told i needed to wait until staff arrive the next day was not what i am use to I like to have staff attendence 24 hour daily and to feel safe when i am coming into my room neither one was available. Staff assistance upon arrival was great and rooms very clean but their was no supplies for the kitchen area.

only stay here if you want a room for 1 night to get some sleep. the place is bearable but needs to be refurbed.

room was smelly

After driving up in the parking lot, I knew there was no way I could stay there. There were people in the parking lot, people hanging around outside, people on the balconies. Felt very unsafe. I cancelled my reservation. There appeared to be too many long term residents there and I did not feel it was a safe place to stay. I was very disappointed and will make sure that I do not make reservations to stay at another extended living facility in the future.

I arrived later, the reciptionist was curtious, directed me to my room. Unfortunately I was attending the funeral of a family member and did not want to impose on the family. The room had all of the amenities that I desired and was well maintained. It was also locatred within walking distance of the local mall but I drove to bring those purchaed items back to the room :-)

The hotel staff was so nice and accomodating!

Nice location and price but the room had a musky smell upon entrance. Loved the stove top, refrigerator and microwave.

The room was the most affordable in the area and was suffient for the stay. The picture on Orbitz website as well as the one when you first select the hotel are vastly different than the actual picture which is represented on the fouth picture of the slide show for the hotel. The Orbitz pictures are misleading and the hotel looks much nicer (Interior Access, vice Exterior Access) which commonly are nicer hotels. You can't expect much for the price but I feel slightly deceived when the first and second picture of the hotel you see through Orbitz does not truely represent the hotel you are selecting. I may not have booked that hotel if the true picture was presented first showing exterior room access.
