ROOM WAS CLEAN , WAS A LITTLE TOO SOFT FOR ME BUT THE PEOPLE WERE COUTEOUS. WOULD RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND.

Nice place to stay!
Newer building with very quiet room. The first room I was given was awfully smokey smelling and they easily changed my room. Everything was clean and is great condition.

Short drive from hotel
My daughter attends Old Dominion University. It was about a 20 minute drive to ODU, which wasn't bad. The price was right and the area had much to offer in the way of shopping for incidentals. The facilities were clean. The room was the quietest I've stayed in. The staff were friendly.

Excellent choice
We stayed here while we visited the Virginia Beach are, and could not have selected a better hotel. The staff was very courteous and the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. We had plenty of towels, toiletries, and other small comforts that mean a lot when you're away from home. You just can't go wrong with CIS.

Nice place to stay for business trip
The rooms are clean, however, they took a long time to get rooms cleaned for new arrivals, and was afternoon before any clean towels were availible. Counter staff was extremly helpful in booking multiple family members on same floor and close together. This was done without even asking. High points for out of the box thinking

New and wonderful!!
This hotel was great! Close to the mall and other shopping needs. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Even had a book barrow library in the lobby for us late night readers.
