The room was clean, but the heat vents were next to one bed, blocking the heat to the rest of the room. Therefore, I was hot all night and my husband was cold. Everything is very low, meaning the sink, toilet, etc. This is not easy for folks
getting up there in age.
The beds were very comfortable (something hard to find in other hotels).
Pool was CLOSED due to some ADA sling construction.....that had not yet started....weather was warm.
Pool could have been opened until construction started.
BEDS were terrible for both my wife and I...not comfortable.
Sorry, but that's the way it
It did not ruin our stay..just annoying!
The hotel is not far from restaurants and shops and we enjoyed our walk up University Ave and Main Street. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was very reasonable. The only negative would be a noisy air conditioner and a
mattress that was a little hard. We would stay there again, but would ask for a room on the back side of the building.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I had a handicapped room and was astonished at how heavy the bathroom door was, more like an exterior steel door rather than an inside door. There was a problem with the bath in that a jet of
water came from the temperature knob so that very little water came through the shower head. These two things made using the bathroom difficult for me.
The breakfast was strange. No scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage. Only cold hard-boiled eggs for real protein.
