Fantastic for the price!
We loved our stay here! The room was perfect and I love the fact that it had a mini kitchen equipped with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable as well. Our only complaint is the noise from the Dulles airport but that was the worst during the daytime hours. Overall, I would stay here again.

fits the bill
Comfortable room with nice kitchenette. Hotel itself was hard to find - it's in a hotel park with no large sign to distinguish itself from the other properties. Dog friendly, airplane noise is minimal.

Great place to stay...loved it!
my husband and I travel for a living, and once a month meet in the DC area for four days...we will only stay at the Townehouse suites from here on in, great staff, very clean, and love having a kitchen

Good value
It was a good place to get some work done, but it was inconvenient to be there without a car. I was directed to a shopping center within walking distance, but although there were sidewalks and crosswalks, the traffic was not pedestrian-friendly. I ended up ordering takeout from the nearby Bob Evans, and heating it up later. A full kitchen was a nice treat. But the room was very noisy. I couldn't hear outside noises, but everything that happened in the halls, next door, and above was loud and clear. And between the refrigerator and the air conditioning unit turning on and off constantly, it was tough to concentrate (or keep a steady TV volume). It's also very expensive to get to DC (although very close to Dulles).

As good as advertised!
We just wanted a couple days of fun hanging at the National Air and Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center and Manassas Battlefield. The hotel was so convenient, we flew into Dulles, rented a car and the hotel made it all convenient. The room was clean and having a small kitchen and living room made it so much fun for a group of friends. Being able to workout in the morning was perfect. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We'll be staying here again!

Washington DC Trip
There was no information given about a "fee for incidentals". The hotel put an $80 hold on my credit card. Had I not had those funds, I would not have been able to check in. [...]

A little pricey
It was just what I needed. The kitchen and accessories were great and the cleaning lady actually ashed my dishes for me each day. The bad experience was not being able to check in without a credit card when I had PREPAID!! All because of a 60 buck incidental charge that I offered to pay in cash...

Great home away from home.
We went to go see Dave Matthew's Band at Nissan, and spent the night here. It was really great to not have to go but 15 minutes down the road to get to a bed. The suite was roomy and fun. We had a few people over and it was just a blast. the rooms were clean and had all the cooking utensils we needed, even a nice grill outside. I would recommend this hotel to anyone trying to stay in Northern Virginia.
