Nice and affordable.
Nice and affordable. They only change bed sheet and linens once every 7 days once u checked in. Other than that, it's nice, small and affordable room.

Upset customer in DC
Disgusting place
If it were possible to rate negative stars, this place would get negative infinity from me. When we arrived the room was not clean at all. The sheets were dirty, once we got a new set the new ones had clumps of hair on them.

it was okay
Not sure when the last time they changed their mattress, but it was falling inward. The sofa fold out bed was very bad. My two years old slept on it and got red indentation marks all over his body. He was too tired to care though. My little boy also found dirty socks, old candy and giant lint balls under furniture, little boys like to crawl under things and show mommy what treasure he has found. And boy, did he find "treasures"! We woke up by the sound of our next door neighbor's alarm clock the next morning, and the whole night the fridge and toilet kept us twitchy. Even though our neighbors were considerate and were using indoor voices, the walls were so thin, we can hear everything. The only saving grace was the free wi-fi. Oh, did I mention the TV makes a REALLY sharp high pitch noise? I'm just glad there was a roof over our head, no bugs and it was warm and dry. Better than camping outside in the rain.

The hotel is only a few miles from the Chantilly/Dulles Air and Space museum. My son had a great time there, you pay for parking and admission was "free".

Standard room for the price
Good price. The room was large enough and ok for an extended stay. The rooms are a bit older and could use some updating. The heater unit would run until the room was hot, then turn off until the room was cold which made it hard to sleep. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 am wanting to know if the room was vacated yet when checkout time is 11 am. That was very annoying.

the hotel can be compared to super 8 or days inn lodge, location is great for me due to proximity to my meeting place, but the room is a let down, the bedsheet is so rough like a sand paper.
