Not bad...
Yes, they have a free breakfast - but honestly - don't come here for that reason. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. It wasn't anything you couldn't get by just going over to a nearby grocery store and picking up yourself. The "hot" portion of the breakfast consisted of Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits that you had to heat up yourself in the microwave. Not appealing at all - especially in a cramped area with everyone else trying to heat theirs up too. They did have belgian waffles, but again in a cramped little space. I have had free breakfasts at other hotels that were MUCH better than this. Aside from the lackluster breakfast the hotel staff is good, and they have cookies in the afternoons, which is always a hit with the kids (and the sweet tooth in the rest of us). The room was clean, and the indoor pool (although a bit cold), and the hottub were nice. The only other downside was the parking spaces. They are rather small, and people do not hesitate to take up 2 spots. If traffic is on your side... it is only a 15 minute drive to the nearest metro station. (Vienna). Which isn't difficult to get to at all.

Also nearby are shopping plazas and a lot of restaurants. You name it, mexican, American, Asian,... etc. If you like Hot wings - they most certainly have that too, especially at this nearby buffalo wing place. They have a wide variety of different sauces to try - and most of them have a little bit of a kick to them - if not more. So if you are ordering for the kids - becareful - cause even there BBQ had a kick to it.

Short walk from hotel
Forget going to the Bob Evans restaurant close by. My wife and I stood there waiting to be seated for about five minutes. None of the staff even looked at us. We left.

Great Experience

Business trip to Chantilly
Everything was perfect. It was very quiet during our weekend stay. The breakfast had everything anyone would want, and the staff would continually replace the items. Cleaniness of the rooms and furnishings was top notch. We will return to this motel, and this is our sixth year to stay here.

Very Clean!
Hotel was very clean. The room was spotless and everything worked very well. The pool was nice as well. Staff was very courteous. The breakfast was great with a good variety of different foods to eat in a comfortable setting.

Good hotel for the price
This was an enjoyable hotel. It was a little farther than what we anticipated, however, for the price it was great. The breakfast the next morning was good and they had a lot of choices, however, the room was small.

last minute vacation planning
No complaints. We didn't know it was a family oriented hotel- but we had no issues. Staff were friendly to us and always available to help. We made a few mistakes with our reservations but they were friendly and helped us out. We did notice one of the desk clerks being nasty to one of the maids. Really had nothing to do with us- but unpleasant to see how they treat their employees. Clean, comfortable room- but the bed was pretty hard. Good for the price. Good price and only a few miles from Metro :-) I gave it three stars b/c it was innapropriate for the clerk to talk to a coworker- the way she did- in front of guest.
