Ok At Best

First it is hard to find the entrance to the hotel and then once you do and park finding the front was even more of an adventure. This hotel is ho hum not bad not good but if you just need a place to lay your head then it will suffice

Terrible

I got the room because it had breakfast...they provided bagels and coffee. When I arrived my room had to be cleaned even though I made and confirmed my reservation. I will never stay at Extended stay again.

Disappointed

When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly and professional lady. But when we opened the door to our room, the bed was unmade and the sofa had a blanket and pillow on it. We went back down and the same woman was very professional and expressed her sympathy and took us personally to another room, checked inside and asked if it met our approval. And she even checked the next day to see if everything was okay. Well done! Then the salt and pepper shakers were sticky to touch and the frig handle was a little dirty, and the hair dryer didn't work, but the thing that lead me to complain was being locked outside at 1 am because my husbands room key wouldn't work in the back door and needed to be reset. It was a very frustrating visit. I don't plan to go back.
