All in all Very GOOD
You will not be disappointed with this hotel. Suggestion, ask for the back side rooms - we stayed here twice and that side has negligible road noise. My only picky item is the breakfast room is too small and the toasters should be replaced.

Short drive from hotel
Giant Foods grocery store is within a few blocks and they have a great selection of ready-to-eat foods. You can't walk there, though, with the busy streets.

Loved the place
My plane arrived way too early in the morning but they were able to do an early check-in with no trouble at all. I was extremelly surprised and happy because I was pretty tired and hungry from the trip and I even could get breakfast right there, even that it was 8 hours before the check-in time. Quiet location. If you don't have a car and want to visit DC this hotel is a little far, but with car no problem at all. And easy parking too. DC is a nightmare and very expensive to park, so this is a great option!

Give a little more space to the breakfast area Please. We stayed here 8 nights and were well pleased with the room and cleanliness

A decent suite. First room smelled smoky despite a hotel ban on smoking. We got another room and it was fine.

Great place!
We were in town for my sister's birthday party on Saturday night, but we decided to stay at the hotel from Friday to Sunday. It was perfect for us. Everything was clean and the room was great. You certainly couldn't beat it for the price!

Great Hotel
Staff was extremely friendly, rooms very quiet, I slept really well. Clean Hotel. Only thing that needs improving is the space for breakfast, very crowded, though I hear a renovation is upcoming.

Great value
Excellent value for the money. Room was very clean and quite large. The staff was very nice and helpful, and requests were handled promptly. Pool and hot tub are very nice. The complimentary breakfast was good - my only complaint is how crowded the breakfast gets. Sometimes the line was across the lobby. We were there to visit family and see the sights in DC. The location was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.
