Average Micro Stay

I would stay here again if in the area. It was good value and the location was good for us as we were just passing thru on our way to DC.

Great budget hotel

No complaints for a budget hotel. Breakfast offered cereal, pre-packaged bagels nad muffins, juices, coffee, and some other options as well. Internet Wi-fi had a good signal (there were multiple access points), but the network was congested in the evenings and rather slow.

Just what we needed.

Attended bridge tournament in Abingdon, and only needed an inexpensive pillow at night and a shower in the morning. This fit the bill nicely. Close to restaurants & shopping also. Only complaint was very worn carpet. Would do again.

good hotel, good value, great location

stayed one night while making a quick weekend trip - was a good value and good hotel for what we needed for our short stay. has many restaurant options around it; close to interstate. would stay again if going back around the area.

Quiet but . . .

I stayed here overnight for business. The hotel was quite and peaceful; however, the first thing that I found was hair in the bathroom sink and on the bathroom floor. I did not complain at that time because I had work that I needed to do before a presentation the next morning. The beds were clean and comfortable. Lighting was adequate. There was a beautiful window seat, except that the cushion was very dirty. I chose not to sit there to work. The hotel is located right off of I81 and there is a Perkin's restaurant right across the street that offers a 10% meal discount with your room key card. Continental breakfast is juice, coffee, instant oatmeal, cereal, muffins, and bagels. I did complain about the hair at checkout, and was assured that it would be taken care of. Was it? Who knows? I didn't use the pool. Everything seemed to be in good repair just needed to be cleaner.

Great priceand a great stay

Staff was very nice, room was neat and clean, hotel itself was neat and clean as well......I would definitely stay again.

"Family Friendly"

Packet in the room was not updated. We did not get a 20% off at Ihop. But it was a very nice hotel.

Good value

Room was nice. I like the microtel layout of the rooms. Variety of TV channels. Room was clean. Carpet had some damage that looked melted in places, but no big deal. Solid value and good place to stay. No microfridge or hair dryer in the room, though.

Inexpensive hotel that accepts pets

OK hotel, very small eating area, worn out carpet and no grassy areas to walk my dog. Barely adequate, would not reccomend to others. Only good part that made it worth while was the very kind and helpful staff. Compressor in my room made a load clicking noise the whole time it was running and we had trouble sleeping.

Great location, accomodations & price

A hair dryer was not provided. I assumed all hotels had them now. The top sheet OVER the duvet had some spots, but this one is not used as bedding. Overall, the room was nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
