Reunited Love
I only stayed one evening and am a local resident to the area. The hotel staff was wonderful from the time I arrived until the time I left. My only complaint would be that it was pretty cold on my floor so I had to turn the AC off in my room. Other than that, my stay was quite pleasurable.

Wonderful from the minute I stepped out of the cab. Greeted by name, offered a glass of champagne, front door and reservation desk staff most welcoming. Room was comfortable and quiet. Particularly appreciated the opportunity to use the lounge/locker room area of the gym after I'd checked out but before returning to the airport. So conveniently located on a Metro line that made traveling to the National Gallery of Art a breeze. Highly recommended.

Rather than standing in front of those impossibly busy ticketing machines in the Metro stations trying to figure out how to pay for a trip from a to b, enlist the assistance of one of the transit employees. On a Sunday morning I got a full tutorial from one of these helpful individuals and it made getting around by myself on the subway so easy.

Perfect DC location
We found this tone the perfect location. We bought a metro card online before we got there and hopped on at Regan and went two stops to pentagon city. Hotel right there when you pop out of the metro. The fashion center mall is right there and ablock away is a bunch of great restaurants. Staff is fabulous! We won't stay anywhere else when we go back to DC.

A bunch of great restaurants a quick walk away. Metro right across the street. Nice mall next door and even a Costco. They will bring you a mini fridge and microwave to your room if you like free of charge.

Every single thing about the Ritz-Carlton @Pentagon City was perfect. From the moment we arrived and received expedited check-in service; to the fantastic room and it's cleanliness; the delicious food, etc. However, what is most impressive about this hotel was the outstanding employees at every level! We cannot wait to return to the Washington, D.C. area and this is the ONLY hotel we will consider when booking a reservation.

This hotel has the Pentagon Mall next to it. You walk straight out of the hotel into the mall without ever having to go outside. Great fun!

White House at Christmas
Enjoyed the Rits Caerleton expewrience. Grandchildren were entralled by it all. Washington at Christmas after s recent snow fall is just beautiful. Hotel is very convenient to the memorials, the Capital, White House, Arlington, etc.Highly rfecommendede. My wife has stayed here several times and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Quiet and well located
Not as ritzy as I'd imagined a Ritz Carlton would be but very well decorated and maintained with lots of nice touches like turn down service where they leave excellent chocolates and tidy the room. The staff was excellent and attentive. The metro was literally steps outside the front door of the hotel and only two stops away from National Airport. There're several shopping centers nearby with a wide variety of stores ranging from very affordable to upscale.

The hotel is very well located and you can get to all of the well known attractions very quickly on the metro. I felt very safe walking around alone very late at night. There was a Ballys and an outdoor ice skating rink about a block from the hotel.
