poor customer service

Room was very nice but had a soiled washcloth left in bathroom hanging over shower rod from previous tenant. I spoke to manager ([...]) and she said "I never look up when I go to a hotel so housekeeping probably did not see it"...No sheets for sofabed in room..when I called front desk for sheets (twice), they sent up 3 fitted and no flat.
