Comfortable Access to Georgetown
Good value, clean rooms, right across the Key Bridge from Georgetown. Attentive staff, though I found communication to sometimes be difficult. Nice restaurant, nice bar. $20 per night to park is a bit steep, but most hotels are sticking it to people on parking these days.

Short walk from hotel
Not really short, but not a long walk to Georgetown campus over bridge. DC traffic is crazy, so you might want to consider it, even though it is a 5 minute drive (without traffic).

Perfect location for Georgetown
For anyone visiting Georgetown U, this hotel is conveniently located at the end of the Key bridge. You only walk 10 to 15 minutes and you are on campus. The room was smaller than I expected. After the first day, they only replaced the coffee but not the tea or the cups. I did not like that you have to pay extra for the internet connection.

Almost perfect
I was very pleased with everything at this hotel, with one major exception - there was no wireless access in the rooms (although it is available in the lobby but at reduced data transfer rates). For those who travel with a tablet P.C. that is a major shortcoming. There is available direct high speed connection (for a cost), so laptop users will be fine. Everything else was great. The restaurant served quite good food, there is an on-site ATM and business center, cabs are readily available and the hotel staff were exemplary.

adequate, but behind the times
We enjoyed the proximity to georgetown , but the hotel lacked WIFI, which was a major inconvenience. There was no refrigerator, and the ac unit ran constantly and was quite noisy. The room itself was fine, but nothing to return for. The pool looked great, but we had no time to partake. Also, it is reasonably close to the metro, so that is a plus, though there are many hotels at the same pricepoint that are closer.

Hotel was great....[...], not so much!
The hotel was more than accomodating but it appears that our [...]contact did NOT request a handicapped room NOR two double beds for the four of us. We were told upon checking in that we had NOT requested a handicap room (when we had) and we were shown to a room with one king-sized bed and a fully-equipped handicap bathroom. The hotel promised to move us to a double room the next day, so that first night we had to have TWO rollaway beds brought in...this made for tight quarters with the wheelchair! The next day, we were shown a double room with inadequate handicapped bathroom facilities!! We ended up keeping the king room, with the better bathroom facilities, for our daughter and grandson, then my husband and I had to get ANOTHER room next door to theirs...this shot our budget BIG TIME! Not only that, but our daughter fell in the night, and our grandson had to come to our room to get help. I am very upset with [...], but the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer in TRYING to meet our needs.

To find reasonably priced restaurants, such as Ruby Tuesday's, you have to go several blocks and then struggle to find parking.

Outdated
This hotel was ok, but the rooms were defiantly outdated for the price they charge. The breakfast buffet was very good, but without having the price included your room rate- it would have cost a lot of money! Also, for the price parking should be included, but is not. $17/day is a little outrageous! The only good thing about this hotel was the Starbucks that was located in the lobby. Yummmm
