Although the reception staff do not speak Spanish, Martine's attention was friendly and concerned about customer support a Latino. The soda machine and water that sits next to the front office, does not work properly. Is "swallowed" my money.

Simple place. Located on a very busy street but rooms are quiet, area feels safe. Relatively clean. Location is the best feature, cannot be more convenient for the price.

If you're looking for a hotel that's cheap, provides a clean room, and close to DC, this is it. The downside is that it's right on RT 50 and the car noise will keep you awake. I had to use earplugs and still didn't get a good night's sleep...

The hotel is dated as other reviewers said but clean and very well located for the cost. Having a clean, safe place to sleep with our own refrigerator & bagels each morning was just what we needed & the location was a great bonus for us. It's a quick walk up the hill to good restaurants and the metro and close enough to Arlington to walk and catch a bus to DC. The front desk staff wasn't overly helpful but enough for what we needed. We didn't use wifi but the tv worked and since our window faced away from the traffic, the noise was minimal. We would stay here again.

I stayed 3 nights at the Inn of Rosslyn. I chose this hotel based on reviews on the web. I really only needed a place to sleep that was clean and reasonably priced. In these regards, it hit the mark. There were a couple of issues though, once of which was resolved and the other not. I wasn't able to get any heat in my room until the last night - I asked on the second night about it and was told to put the thermostat up as high as it would go and in about an hour I would get heat. I did this but I didn't have any heat until the next night. Also, the wi-fi would not work with my iPad or iPod - it couldn't be found even when I typed in the network name. Those devices worked fine with other wi-fi networks, but there are some where it just won't work - so be aware if an iOS device is your only way to access the Internet via wi-fi. Other than those two things plus the outside street noise and being in the landing path of Reagan Airport (noisey) the hotel was fine. Very clean both the room and bathroom. Very good shower water pressure and lots of hot water. No elevator for those who may need that. Lots of channels on the TV, small refrigerator in the room plus and iron and board. I didn't partake of the continental breakfast - coffer, bagels and donuts but it looked fine. It was a quick 10 min. walk to the Rosslyn Metro station, although they would have provided either a shuttle bus or taxi voucher if I didn't want to walk. Except for the noise, I would stay here again for sure. It could be the rooms in the back of the hotel are quieter - I would avoid rooms 1, 17 and 18 from a noise perspective.

This hotel was very reasonably priced for the greater DC area. Close(-ish) to public transportation. Walking distance to Iwo Jima Monument. The bathroom was clean and cute. Furniture was very worn (the arms of two chairs were completely threadbare). My main complaint was that the WiFi did not work in my room. I was able to connect, but the signal was so weak nothing ever loaded. Don't underestimate how much you need internet for planning your trip in DC! Parking was free, and I felt safe. Located next to a loud four lane road. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't quiet either.

We arrived and found the location to be pretty good. The room was very clean with a hair dryer, TV and good size bed. It is old though and the heat would not come on. As it was our anniversary my wife was less than impressed and we went to another close tower much nicer with kitchenette, shuttle etc. but no breakfast and parking $9 extra per night). The manager was very understanding and did not charge us a cent (I was amazed). If you are on a tight budget this is the cheapest place to stay and very clean. If you want more amenities seek elsewhere.

As a woman travelling alone without a car, location and safety was important to me, and this hotel worked out great. Less than 10 minutes walk from the metro, walking distance to Georgetown (ca 30 minutes) and in a 'safe' area, this is a very good deal in this price Group. Hotel rooms were as expected for it's price Group, rooms clean and staff friendly so I'll Close this again for my next Washington stay.

It is a simple motel but it was very clean and the staff was helpful. It was about half a mile to the metro which was very doable. The TV, free wifi, and AC worked. My biggest complaint was the highway noise but I still slept really well. It wasn't fancy but I would consider going again.

Built in the early 1960's rooms and furniture are vintage. How do they keep them in such good condition? Takes me back when life was simple. On a budget dont want to spend a fortune good deal. No fee for parking. Can walk to nice restaraunts.
