Airport hotel with free shuttle to Reagan National and rooftop pool
The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is right next to the Reagan National Airport and is convenient for travelers who want to be near the airport or travelers visiting Arlington. Shuttle service takes guests to Reagan National Airport or the Crystal City Metro stop. Arlington has numerous restaurants and shopping centers as well as tourist sites, such as Arlington National Cemetery and the Iwo Jima Memorial. The hotel is located close to beautiful jogging paths and bike paths that border the Potomac River.

not bad, but cut a bigger deal during hurricanes
Was great until the hurricane came through, I was surprised to find out that the hotel would not cut the price of the room more than 40 dollars. I mean to pay 180 for the same hotel room you just paid 100 for isn't a great deal. Thanks for helping out in a time of need.

First time to Washington
Central in a maze of Hotel's, with easy access to Fwy's in either direction. A newer, very clean, friendly comtemporary atmosphere that we enjoyed right down to the helpful and professional doorman. Catering more to the professional but still a great experience for our Family.

weekend away
The people at the Hyatt were very nice and helpful. Someone had charged food to our room and they took the charge off our bill when we checked out. The only complaint we had was that there were no towel racks in the bathrooms. They want you to use the towels more than one day, yet there is no place to hang them up to dry. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

The room door did not close well and let alot of noise and light in around it. Overall, the hotel was very noisy as you could hear doors closing up and down the hall all night. Not the usual experience for a Hyatt for sure.

Beautiful area
Its very close to many attractions, restaurants and stores! Many are in walking distance or you could catch the metro!

Our Birthday Excursion
We got in about 7 pm on my wife's birthday. We wanted to have a drink to celebrate. We went to the roof - black as sin, not open. We went to the restaurant on floor 2 - not open. We went to the bar on the lobby. It was full of college folks making noise beyond belief which makes it tough to have a quiet drink. So we went to bed with a bottle of water!

BEST HOTEL IN THE ARLINGTON AREA
This hotel rocks! Never stayed at a hotel where the staff is very friendly. Also, the hotel is literally 5 minutes from D.C. and the area is amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Friends getaway
We got to the hotel at 11am and we were able to check into our room already. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They guided us to places in DC and told us where to go and visit. The beds were really soft and comfortable. Overall, great experience.
