Airport hotel with free shuttle to Regan National and rooftop pool
The Hyatt Regency Crystal City is right next to the Regan National Airport and is convenient for travelers who want to be near the airport or travelers visiting Arlington. Shuttle service takes guests to Regan National Airport or the Crystal City Metro stop. Arlington has numerous restaurants and shopping centers as well as tourist sites, such as Arlington National Cemetery and the Iwo Jima Memorial. The hotel is located close to beautiful jogging paths and bike paths that border the Potomac River.

Carpet was stained/dirty. Other than that, no serious complaints. Hotel staff was very nice/helpful. Skip the lobbybar food! Horrible.

Great Hotel

Enjoyable stay
I really liked the automated check-in and check-out - just scan your credit card and go. The room was spacious and well-decorated. The shuttle service to and from the airport and Metro were a very convenient alternative to renting a car. Overall, a very nice trip.

Enjoyed Our Stay
My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend to do some apartment shopping. The room was great and the staff was extremely nice. We didn't realize there was a shuttle to the metro until halfway through our trip, which would have been helpful to know sooner. Parking was super expensive, but overall I would stay here again.

Easy in and out of DC
This is an elegant hotel in Crystal City with fast, easy access to National Airport. I like to travel early, so the 4:40 am shuttle is great to get to the airport early. The staff are friendly and helpful. By using the shuttles and Metro I saved hundreds on my trip by not using cabs or renting a car. The roof top restaurant has a panoramic view and nice food that is not too expensive-nice to celebrate the end of the trip.

Good business location, 2 mins from airport
Things were very good except for ordering hamberger from room service. No meat was on the bun when it got to the room. Was quite surprised
