It was a great stay
I came in late an the front counter was welcoming and friendly. He told me everything I needed to know plus things I didn't realize I needed to know until he told me. It was a great experience at this hotel and I plan to stay here at all my upcoming visits to DC. It is close to the airport and the Metro yet still economically price. I will be back.

Great stay within reach to National Mall
Clean and nice room, friendly staff. Very close to decent restaurants, and conviniently located near National Mall. Cab ride at off-traffic time will cost ~$12-15 plus tip. Shuttle to airport and Metro station was great as well. Would recommend as good balance of cost adn value!

Nice, Quite Place
Execellent Location, restaurants and convinience Stores Just a short distance. Hotel is 7 minutes from the Airport. Inconvenienced the room had a funny smell, TV did not work. I Called for help a young tech, request a new room for me in 5 minutes I was moved to another one, The room was clean. The Second inconvienenced the ice machine on the floor did not work. I was also suprised the hotel do not offer complemenaty Breakfast.

First time in DC
The front desk was less than helpful. Parking fees should be explicitly stated. Room remote didn't work. Cable selection was poor to say the least. I've gotten better friendlier service at cheaper hotels including better cable.

Great location.
The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting to Reagan Airport or taking the Metro. Many great restaurants in walking distance. This will be my new go to hotel when in DC area.

Did the job
Went out to DC for an interview and stayed here the night before. It did the job but I won't say in this chain again. Lots of hidden costs(hold fee on debit cards, no continental breakfast, etc.) that diminish the overall value, especially for a college student looking to travel cheap. I did appreciate the courtesy of the staff and their transportation assistance. I see how this would be ideal for a businessman or family but not the place for anyone under 30.
