Holiday in D.C.
Hotel staff were outstanding. They were SO courteous and helpful it was difficult to believe we were in a hotel sometimes. Facility is updated but obviously not an original Crowne Plaza property but the staff and location make up for any age that is showing. Will definitely stay there again.

Easy Pick
When I had a special friend fly in unexpected, I needed some place close that was really nice, within budget, and fast. I think this definitely did the trick.

My stay at the Crown Plaza was extremly comfortable and convenient. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the Metro. My stay was a bargain compared to other hotels in the area. In addition, the hotel provided transportation around Crystal City.

Good Location
This was a nice basic hotel, clean with good employees. Metro was close and many resturants and shops were close. Just wish we had known sooner there were more resturants across the hallway. Very close to the airport but no noticable noise. Just 3 metro stops to DC Mall. Very nice waterfall park close by. We rode rental bicycles into DC, lots of fun!!

Fair to Middle of the Road
The check in was a pleasant experience as well as the house keeping. The Bar for dinner Friday night was one of my bigger disappointments in D.C. Slender young man with dark hair and glasses was as bad a waiter as I have had in sometime. I ended up by ordering a Special Burger, and hold the jalapenos, I ended up getting a cheese burger 30 minutes later, Cool and so were the frys. My other experience is I asked a tall gal to make sure I had a cab at 5:45 so I could attend a Black Tie Event. No cab, shuttle could not take me so we ordered another cab. 6:15. The rooms were nice, but I couldn't recommend that anyone eat there.
