Good for a cheap room and a one night stay
The room was clean but the air conditioner HOWLED so unable to keep on and sleep. OK as it wasn't too hot but this would be unpleasant in real heat. There are no places to eat within walking distance. Advantage - close to airport and plenty of parking at hotel - so - we arrived late at night, had a room, and left early to catch our flight home. Would not recommend as a base for a visitor to the DC as there is no close metro stop.

Not worth the money
The hotel is very overpriced. It was very dirty, dingy. I felt dirty staying there. I had to change rooms and it did not help. The walls are extremely thin. I could hear the ppl next door entire conversation. I could hear the shower running upstairs. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I woke up to a sore body. I would never stay at this hotel ever again and would not recommend it to anyone!!

Very close to Washington, DC
It's pleasant enough for the price paid. The location was great since it's only about 3 miles from Ronald Reagan Airport and a short ride to DC.

Economic way to enjoy DC.
The room was very clean and the free shuttle service was why we stayed there. Free parking and a shuttle to the Metro made our time in DC stress free and affordable. Only had to wait one time for the shuttle to make a return trip because he was full, the driver got back as fast as he could and was very courteous.

Great Getaway for a Great Value
My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip. Instead of staying in the District, we saved a good deal of money by staying here. Breakfast was good, nothing too special, but filling and there was always coffee. The gym had a treadmill and weights, perfect for a quick workout. The staff was friendly and the shuttle was always there, albeit sometimes a bit late. We were very happy with our stay and would return.

DESAPOINTMENT
Never Again!
I have no idea who give this Hotel 3 stars. In my opinion not even 1. The room have a bad cigarette smell, also the air condition unit was so loud is like you was inside a jet engine turbine. we called and change hotel. We have to stay that night, because the Hotel wants to charge us for that night even the we was not satisfy with the hotel or the service. all night we heard pets noise between the walls and ceiling keeps awake all night.(we was on the 2nd floor nobody on top of us)

marginally acceptable
This is a converted motel. The bathrooms are circa 1960. It was nice having a shuttle but it only ran every 1/2 hour up until 7pm and then every hour. I would only rate it a good 2 star hotel, not three stars.

Great for price
We totally loved the shuttle. Never waited long. Thought that was amazing since it was the peak cherry blossom weekend. The staff super nice. The breakfast very good. The choices of scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs, pancakes toast or biscuits, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more to choose from. Bed was good. My only complaint was the lounge wasn't what I call a lounge. But that is not that important, since they have a shuttle to pentagon city and a great place there to hit happy hour and have a drink and a bite to eat. I would go back.
