Hotel has refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers in all rooms. Some rooms have whirlpools. Located only 20 minutes south of Lynchburg. Only 45 minutes north of Danville. Complimentary beverage from Alibi's (Alibi's closed on Sunday). Pet Charge: 10.00 per night, per pet.

Only Because it was Last Minute

I would not have booked this hotel if I didn't need it last minute. It was WAY overpriced for what it was. It was difficult to find because there is one unlit sign off the road and we arrived at dark. Breakfast selection was good, but I still don't know what made them think their hotel was worth that amount?? I wouldn't stay here again, even if it was last minute, I'd rather drive a little further.

I want a refund

This hotel was okay. Needs some upgrades. Heat never came on and the toilet kept running unitl I took off the lid and stopped it. While these aren't "biggies" it's the last thing I want to deal with when traveling. Checking in was great. The young lady was pleasant, personable and gave each us of special attention. Checking out was the complete opposite. The young man was somewhere else other than the front desk. In fact, there was a sign there to dial "0" for assistance. When I did, I practically had to beg him to come to the desk to assist me. The last thing, but the one that peeves me the most is the fact that my printed invoice was approx. $20 cheaper than what I paid to [...]. I tried to get the rate printed on my invoice (which is why I called the young man to come to the desk when I was checking out), but he said there was nothing he could do. Either [...] or Comfort Suites is misleading the public. They shouldn't print invoices like that if they aren't going to be honored. The customer service thing for them to do was to reimburse me the difference of what I paid and the rate printed on the invoice.
