Great Weekend Getaway
Very friendly and accommodating staff! Hotel was clean; breakfast was good, and the shuttle service to Old Town was a bonus. While this hotel is in the business district rather than Old Town, it was ideal for a quiet stay and very short ride to all of the sights.

Great place to stay
Really liked this hotel. It is located in a new, very clean part of Alexandria. Even though the metro tracks were just outside our window, it is the quietest hotel we have every stayed in. Never heard the train or any noise in the hall way. The buffet breakfast that is included in the price of the room was excellent. We had egg, sausage, pancakes and hash browns. The location is close to a metro station if you want to use that to get to DC. Good location for driving to DC, Old Town Alexandria, and Mount Vernon. Will stay here again the next time we go to DC.

Best hotel ever!
For the price I paid I was expecting basic accommodations and nothing more. When I got to my room I was blown away by the decor and by the fact that I had a fully operational kitchen. In the lobby restaurant they were serving free burgers and hot dogs and complimentary wine. In the morning I went to the exercise room, which is the finest I have experienced. It was like being at an actual gym. The equipment is first rate. They also served a wonderful FULL breakfast. I will definitely be back! The only downfall was the $18 parking.

Long walk from hotel
Fill up on the nice breakfast buffet. A healthy walk will get you to a number of restaurants on King St. Choose carefully, as many are quite pricey.

Great Vacation
We had a great time. We visited DC for the first time and found the location to the metro to be walkable. The complimentary shuttle was nice to have around also.

Very nice trip
The hotel was very nice. They had us sign a quiet policy, which made sure no one was disturbed by others. I really liked that. The windows were so thick that you could not hear the metro which was right beside the hotel. The hotel had a refrigerator, microwave and stove. This was nice to have in the room to get a cold drink or pop some popcorn. The hotel is close to the metro station and a huge movie theatre. It was a couple miles from Old Towne Alexandria. The hotel has a shuttle to metro and Old Towne. The area around the hotel is only 5 to 7 years old it is very clean and safe. We have a child and we had alot of fun. Loved the continental breaksfast. Great vacation and hotel staff were very nice.
