Love the location, felt safe. Room was clean, bed could be a little more comfortable. Only real complaint I had was that our room was next door to the trash room, which wasn't emptied over the weekend and had begun to smell awful!

Basic comforts, affordable
Third time staying there. Almost $100 cheaper than nearby Hotels. Basic kitchen, small, but very clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Location excellent to METRO. Room has kitchen for cooking. Clean. Cannot beat the price.

Great for business travel
A good hotel for the price and type, it's intended for business travelers staying about a week. My only complaint was the distance to Metro is about 1 mile. Most people traveling to the DC area don't want or need a car but this place almost requires it.
