location, location, location
The Metro was conveniently located across the parking lot. It was a short walk and we took the Metro everywhere! The pool was great too-we had it to ourselves! Would go back!

My Trip to DC
This hotel was perfect for what I needed. I had great, clean accommodations, and the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The location of the hotel is very close to public transportation and fantastic restaurants are within walking distance.

Fitness Center
The Holiday Inn in Alexandria overall was a pleasurable stay for a night. If I could change one thing, it would be the Fitness Center Facilities. I felt that they had an adequate amount of equipment, but the room was not large enough to fit all the equipment, there was no towels and the ceiling tile is in need of repair/replacement. My room was nice, the staff was great and the location was excellent to dining and the train.

nice overnight
i was coming into town for the night> hotel was very easy to get to from hwy 95. Price was very reasonable (lower then other in the area) but nothing was sacrificed. I will stay there again when in the area.

Good location, low price = great buy!
Only one small CON: Hotel had a "pick your preferred pillow type" option, but by the time we called, they were out of 2 of 4 options. Overall: Great indoor pool, clean modern rooms and friendly staff. Very convenient location - short walk from Metro.
