Convenient
The location near the airport was very convenient. The staff was helpful and accommodating when I ended up spending an extra night there after my flight home was canceled. Food in the hotel restaurant was good but pricey. The restaurant was the one area lacking in service. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Great location!
Clean, quiet, 10th floor room with good view. Five minutes from Old Town Alexandria. Great proximity to I95 for the trip home without getting into the DC traffic. Very fair price compared to down town.

Clean and Quiet Hotel
My wife and I spent the day rediscovering our old favorite spots in VA and DC and yet spent NOVA prices. The room was very clean and well maintained. Our room was next to the elevator so I was nervous about noise but the room was deep enough and the walls were thick enough that neither of us were awoken by people walking by. The walk to Metro was a breeze. For the price we paid, we walked away quite happy.

Business trip
All of the staff were very helpful. When I need directions or assistance of some kind, the staff did what they could to provide the help needed. The room was VERY comfortable and CLEAN.

Basically, everything is fine. The level of service is average. However, there is one thing we can't accept.....The last day morning, we were waken up from the loud noise at 8:45am, because hotel was working on the renovation!! But they didn't mention any thing about that when we checked in.

It was nice!
This was a nice hotel, the front desk was very helpful and friendly...yet our door must have been painted over because it stuck everytime! But it was overall clean and nice.

Enough for a business trip
My wife and I arrived at this hotel at around 11:00AM and hotel stuff kindly prepared a room before check-in time. Unfortunately, the hotel was under innovation and then we could not use the fitness room (the hotel provided shuttle bus service to alternative fitness room). This hotel is well within a walking distance from Eisenhower Avenue station, and accessible to several restaurants (bistro, mexican, thai, etc.). Although room amenities are old and minimum, the renovation will soon improve comfortableness of this hotel.
