ESA No More

THe place was very clean, but outdated and run down. The staff was friendly. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner - so I was glad I had my own. I was glad there was a 7 Eleven around the corner so I could get coffee before heading to my appointment. As someone who travels for business - I found it expensive and was disappointed and not worth the money. I will not book any ESA's again.

BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond all my expectations. they went out of their way to help me, from giving me a metro card and helping me with the bus to allowing me to fax 50 sheets to a texas locaton. they were very friendly, polite and personable. I would stay again just for the guest service itself.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

right around the corner from the hotel is a strip mall with a grocery store and restaurants. buy food at the grocery store and cook in the hotel room to save money
