Great midway stop
On our trip south from the northeast. This hotel was very easy to get right off the highway and had great parking. In our room the toilet was broken and were quickly given a new room without question. Great breakfast with healthy options. Free wifi.

Affordable DC Getaway
The hotel's proximity to Washington DC and all it has to offer is convenient. The Metro is nearby and the city is only a few miles drive. The hotels in DC can be up to 5x more expensive.

Long walk from hotel
Take the Metro into Washington D.C. It is near enough to walk from the hotel or a short drive. Don't deal with the expense and hassle of parking in the city.

Thanksgiving 2011
My wife & I had a wonderful trip to DC over Thanksgiving weekend visiting family in the area. Part of the enjoyable experience was our stay at the Courtyard at Marriott. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very outgoing and wanted to do anything in their powers to make our stay memorable, pleasant and stress free. They accomplished that in all areas. Thanks

Short walk from hotel
Walk down King Street in Olde Town Alexandria. Just to walk and take in the shops was a nice break from the touristy stuff in DC.

Dad's D C Trip
Front Desk Staff was knowledgable, helpful,courteous. Rooms were clean and fresh. Shuttle service was quick and helpful.Metro was 2 blocks from hotel. We had a mobility scooter for my dad and they never hesitated to help load and unload the scooter.It helped restore a little faith in the younger generation that they appreciate and not expect life to be handed to them. Our next stay would be here.

TED'S MONTANA GRILLE BEST Bison I have ever eaten. My sister got steak and loved it Bison pot roast WOW!! INCREDIBLE Right across from metro station.

Great Value for Money
Great stay at this hotel and would defnitely recommend it to others. The area itself is nothing special and the view from my room looked out onto construction on the freeway. But I chose it for the fact that it had free parking and was at the cheaper end of the hotels in that star rating range. And for that I could not fault it. The room was clean and very comfortable. And the reception area was nice and modern which is very inviting when you first walk in. Easy to get to downtown from the location also. Which was great as during a short stay in town it means you are not spending alot of the time travelling back and forth into the downtown area.

Choose a hop on hop off bus tour as the best value for money, most convenient and most comprehensive way to see all of the big attractions and monuments in the DC area. I have been several times now on different trips and still find new and interesting places to visit using these tours.

Quick Trip
We had things to do in multiple locations in DC, Northern VA and Maryland - traffic was a big hassle as the hotel was near a construction area. It added a lot of time to get from one place to another. Ate breakfast at the hotel - it was simple, but fine. Liked the computer set up in the lobby.

Nice place
Its a good standard, clean place to stay. The lobby with the cafe and tv is new and is nice. Free wifi in sleeping rooms is great.
