Very Nice Hotel

Staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and profficent in their jobs. The room was clean and comfortable. Can not go wrong choosing this hotel for a short stay.

Poor Quality

The rooms need some work. The air conditioner was very noisy like it hadn't been run in some time. The shower never did get warm but was cold. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Overall not a quality hotel.

family getaway

it was inconvient according my request although the hotel was average the expirence was nice i wanted to be a little closer to d.c.

Great location for a business trip

I found the location to be excellent in as far as how close it was to the Metro station. I never had issues with waiting for the shuttle and the employees at the front desk were extremely helpful during my short stay. I arrived earlier than I anticipated and was allowed an early check-in. I only wish there were closer places to find food, but even that was not a problem.

Great location - friendly people

This hotel was great for just relaxing or touring. It's central location provided a number of good restaurants (family style) and the shuttle to the metro was really helpful. If you are looking for a quiet room with comfortable furnishings, this is the place to go.

Good location & Awesome Shuttle Service

The shuttle service to the Metro rail station provided by Comfort Inn was awesome. We visited the National Mall area in DC and the National Zoo. The only thing that was missing was an indoor pool.

Richmond ladies

Good location for the price.

The hotel was clean. They offered a shuttle to the metro and a decent breakfest but little else. It was a cheap way to stay outside of Dc but still be very close to everything thanks to the metro.
